Electrosensitivity – Overview

This short overview gives a brief summary of the causes, scientific evidence and symptoms of Electrosensitivity from its first recorded instances in 1733. It includes physiological mechanisms, biological pathways and subconscious systemic effects, along with some appropriate international limits and legal cases. It notes minority single-viewpoint groups still unscientifically denying established physiological Electrosensitivity by confusing it with the different condition of a psychological nocebo effect, and still clinging to the invalidated, unprotective and arbitrary heating myth of 1953.  Please click here to read the overview.

Please take the time to look at the available material on the ES-UK website, and do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to do so.

“Michael Mansfield QC is leading our legal team challenging the UK Government over its failure to take notice of the health risks and public concern related to 5G. One of the most venerated barristers of our time, Michael Mansfield has led legal teams in high profile cases of civil liberty and miscarriages of justice. He has represented the families of Grenfell Tower, Lockerbie, the Ballymurphy Massacre and Stephen Lawrence. He was recently described as “the king of human rights work” by The Legal 500 and as a Leading Silk in civil liberties and human rights.”

5G Judicial Review 2020
www.crowdjustice.com/case/5g-judicial-review-2020/

“This page is against wireless 5G, radiofrequency radiation (“RFR”) and electromagnetic fields (“EMFs”) generally due to their impact on the health of humans, animals and plants.  Many people are sensitive to RFR and EMFs and suffer illness, distress and financial loss due to inability to work.  The balance of scientific evidence is now clear that RFR/EMFs are harmful to humans. The UK government insist on using ICNIRP’s guidelines to set limits of radiation for public health.  ICNIRP’s guidelines are not fit for purpose as, among other things, they only recognise harm from heating of the body and are set for short term exposure – 6 minutes in fact.  Many people suffer harm without any heating of their bodies.”

Electromagnetic Sensitivity and Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity: A Summary by Michael Bevington

“This new edition of the ElectroSenstivity UK Primer is double the size of the original published in 2010, now with over 1800 research references. It includes scientific updates, quantum biology, earthing, and sensitivity in plants and animals, along with disability issues. The colour tables inside the covers show the vast difference between heating and biological limits, demonstrating how exposure guidelines around most of the world are entirely inadequate. Current diagnostic and treatment protocols, a glossary, time-line and shielding examples add practical resources.”
Michael Bevington MA (Oxon.), MEd. Chair of Trustees of ES-UK
